JOB DESCRIPTION :
Accounting officer (AR) is expected to handle the billing system, responding to customer enquiries
related to invoice or collection issues, provide supporting in relation to various other tasks as
assigned by management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining the billing system
- Creating master file, customer code and payment conditions in the system
- Generating invoices, tax invoices and account statements
- Preparing aging report, output VAT and follow up on overdue/long age of collections
- Performing account reconciliations
- Providing supporting in relation to various other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Good communication skills in English verbally and in writing
- Experience in AR will be advantage
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office : Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
